Shopping in Bhutan

There are a variety of handicrafts in Bhutan. There are many handicrafts shop in Thimphu and Paro and most hotels have a shop selling Bhutanese crafts. Other items you could shop for are thangkas(Buddhist paintings on canvas), a wide range of Bhutanese textiles, jewellery etc.
